Here are three facts about vampire bats:
- Vampire bats are nocturnal.
- Vampire bats have a heat sensor at the end of their nose.
- Vampire bats do not suck the blood of animals, but instead they lap it up. Their prey are tapirs, cows and pigs.

The background music in this video is Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D minor played on a pipe organ. The piece is often played on Halloween. A perfect selection for this creepy creature!
